(hereinafter the \u201cOperator\u201d or the \u201cHotel\u201d) and any natural or legal person ordering accommodation or related services (hereinafter the \u201cGuest\u201d).<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Guest is subject to the laws of the Czech Republic, in particular Act No. 89\/2012 Coll., the Civil Code.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>ARTICLE I \u2013 SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The subject of the contract is the temporary accommodation of the Guest at Hotel Zavadilka and the provision of related services in accordance with the confirmed booking.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>ARTICLE II \u2013 FORMATION OF THE CONTRACT<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The contract is concluded when the Hotel confirms the booking. By confirming the booking, the Guest agrees to these T&amp;Cs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>ARTICLE III \u2013 PRICE AND PAYMENT TERMS<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prices of services are stated in the booking system or in the booking confirmation.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Hotel is entitled to request a deposit of up to 100% of the price of the stay.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The balance is payable no later than at the end of the stay.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Payments are made in CZK or EUR<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>ARTICLE IV. \u2013 RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE GUEST<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The guest is obliged to:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; provide truthful information,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; comply with the hotel rules,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; pay the agreed price.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The guest is entitled to the proper provision of services.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>ARTICLE V. \u2013 RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE HOTEL<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The hotel is responsible for providing services to the agreed extent.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The hotel is not liable for damage to items brought onto the premises unless they have been deposited for safekeeping.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>ARTICLE VI. \u2013 CANCELLATION TERMS<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The guest may cancel their stay at any time.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cancellation fees:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; less than 14 days before arrival: 30% of the price of the booked services,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; less than 7 days before arrival: 50% of the price of the booked services,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; less than 2 days before arrival or in the event of a no-show: 100% of the price of the booked services.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Booking portals may have different cancellation terms.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>ARTICLE VII. \u2013 LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The guest is liable for any damage caused to hotel property.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The hotel is liable for damage in accordance with applicable legislation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>ARTICLE VIII. \u2013 COMPLAINTS<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Complaints must be raised at the hotel reception without undue delay.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>ARTICLE IX. \u2013 PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR.
