(di seguito il \u00abgestore\u00bb o l'\u00abhotel\u00bb) e la persona fisica o giuridica che prenota servizi di alloggio o servizi correlati (di seguito l'\u00abospite\u00bb).<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L'ospite \u00e8 soggetto all'ordinamento giuridico della Repubblica Ceca, in particolare alla legge n. 89\/2012 Racc., codice civile.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>ARTICOLO I. \u2013 OGGETTO DEL CONTRATTO<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Oggetto del contratto \u00e8 il soggiorno temporaneo dell'ospite presso l'hotel Zavadilka e la fornitura dei servizi correlati in base alla prenotazione confermata.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>ARTICOLO II. \u2013 CONCLUSIONE DEL CONTRATTO<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il contratto si intende concluso con la conferma della prenotazione da parte dell'hotel. Con la conferma della prenotazione l'ospite accetta le presenti CG.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>ARTICOLO III. \u2013 PREZZO E CONDIZIONI DI PAGAMENTO<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I prezzi dei servizi sono indicati nel sistema di prenotazione o nella conferma della prenotazione.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L'hotel ha facolt\u00e0 di richiedere un acconto fino al 100 % del prezzo del soggiorno.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il saldo \u00e8 dovuto al pi\u00f9 tardi al termine del soggiorno.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I pagamenti si effettuano in CZK o EUR<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>ARTICOLO IV. \u2013 DIRITTI E OBBLIGHI DELL'OSPITE<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L'ospite \u00e8 tenuto a:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; fornire dati veritieri,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; rispettare il regolamento della struttura,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; pagare il prezzo concordato.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L'ospite ha diritto alla corretta fornitura dei servizi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>ARTICOLO V. \u2013 DIRITTI E OBBLIGHI DELL'HOTEL<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L'hotel \u00e8 responsabile della fornitura dei servizi nella misura concordata.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L'hotel non risponde dei danni agli oggetti portati in hotel, salvo che siano stati presi in custodia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>ARTICOLO VI. \u2013 CONDIZIONI DI CANCELLAZIONE<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L'ospite pu\u00f2 annullare il soggiorno in qualsiasi momento.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Penali di cancellazione:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; meno di 14 giorni prima dell'arrivo: 30 % del prezzo dei servizi prenotati,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; meno di 7 giorni prima dell'arrivo: 50 % del prezzo dei servizi prenotati,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; meno di 2 giorni prima dell'arrivo o mancata presentazione (no-show): 100 % del prezzo dei servizi prenotati.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I portali di prenotazione possono prevedere condizioni di cancellazione diverse.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>ARTICOLO VII. \u2013 RESPONSABILIT\u00c0 PER DANNI<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L'ospite risponde dei danni causati ai beni dell'hotel.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L'hotel risponde dei danni ai sensi della normativa vigente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>ARTICOLO VIII. \u2013 RECLAMI<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I reclami devono essere presentati senza indebito ritardo presso la reception dell'hotel.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>ARTICOLO IX. \u2013 PROTEZIONE DEI DATI PERSONALI<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il trattamento dei dati personali avviene in conformit\u00e0 al GDPR.
