What our guests say
The staff were absolutely amazing – friendly and always helpful. During the day we used the bar for coffee and cake, and in the evening for a drink and a relaxing time in the lounge. Breakfasts were excellent, with a wide choice and great coffee.
The wellness centre was truly top-notch – 3 saunas, a hot tub, a plunge pool and a cold-water bucket shower. Each sauna had a small relaxation corner with drinks and showers, plus a separate large relaxation room. The wellness area was looked after by Katka, who is absolutely brilliant! For dinner we headed to the Šenk right next to the hotel, and you can't go wrong there – the food was excellent. All in all an amazing experience – we can warmly recommend the hotel!
The accommodation was clean and cosy, and everything worked as it should. The owners are incredibly accommodating and hospitable, always happy to give advice and to help. The atmosphere was very pleasant and we felt truly welcome.
Our stay met all our expectations and we will be happy to come back again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay here! The accommodation is lovely – the rooms are clean, tastefully and modernly furnished, and we felt really comfortable. A big plus is that we can come here with our dog too. A dog bed and a bowl of water were waiting for us, which was a lovely touch.
Breakfasts were great – a generous choice, fresh ingredients and excellent coffee. The staff are very kind and helpful; they recommended places for day trips nearby, and thanks to them we discovered some beautiful spots.
All in all, very pleasant and relaxing accommodation that we will definitely be happy to return to. We recommend it to everyone – whether you're travelling as a couple, with your family or with your four-legged companion!
I must also single out the staff at the outdoor wellness centre – the lady there really knows her job. The wellness exceeded my expectations.

Hearty breakfasts full of delicious treats. The adjoining Wallachian pub for lunch and dinner was also top-notch. Big portions, friendly staff, very tasty food.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 11:00. If you'd like to leave later, just ask at reception – we can often arrange it.
Can I bring my pet?
Pets are warmly welcome here, whether small, medium or large.
Can children stay at the hotel?
Of course. We have family rooms, cots and an outdoor playground. Children will enjoy their stay just as much as the adults.
Do I need to book the wellness centre in advance?
We do not take wellness bookings. The wellness centre has a capacity of 35 people and guests come and go throughout the day. For this reason, we cannot guarantee a specific place or entry time. Thank you for your understanding.
Does the hotel have its own restaurant?
Yes, right on site you'll find the restaurant Valašský Šenk Zavadilka. It serves traditional Wallachian cuisine as well as modern specialities made from fresh local ingredients.
Is there parking for guests?
Yes, free parking is available right next to the hotel.
What activities are there nearby?
Nearby you'll find hiking trails to Radhošť and Pustevny, cycle paths, Bobopark, Tarzanie and winter resorts. In summer you can try adventure golf or relax by the reservoir.
Do you host corporate events and weddings?
Yes, we have conference facilities, catering and a full service for team building, training sessions and weddings. We'll put together a tailor-made programme for you.
How can I cancel or change my booking?
Bookings can be changed or cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. After that, a cancellation fee applies in accordance with the booking terms.
