INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter the “T&Cs”) govern the contractual relationship between NERO TRADE a.s. (hereinafter the “Operator” or the “Hotel”) and any natural or legal person ordering accommodation or related services (hereinafter the “Guest”).
The Guest is subject to the laws of the Czech Republic, in particular Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code.

ARTICLE I – SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
The subject of the contract is the temporary accommodation of the Guest at Hotel Zavadilka and the provision of related services in accordance with the confirmed booking.

ARTICLE II – FORMATION OF THE CONTRACT
The contract is concluded when the Hotel confirms the booking. By confirming the booking, the Guest agrees to these T&Cs.

ARTICLE III – PRICE AND PAYMENT TERMS
Prices of services are stated in the booking system or in the booking confirmation.
The Hotel is entitled to request a deposit of up to 100% of the price of the stay.
The balance is payable no later than at the end of the stay.
Payments are made in CZK or EUR

ARTICLE IV. – RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE GUEST
The guest is obliged to:
– provide truthful information,
– comply with the hotel rules,
– pay the agreed price.
The guest is entitled to the proper provision of services.

ARTICLE V. – RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE HOTEL
The hotel is responsible for providing services to the agreed extent.
The hotel is not liable for damage to items brought onto the premises unless they have been deposited for safekeeping.

ARTICLE VI. – CANCELLATION TERMS
The guest may cancel their stay at any time.
Cancellation fees:
– less than 14 days before arrival: 30% of the price of the booked services,
– less than 7 days before arrival: 50% of the price of the booked services,
– less than 2 days before arrival or in the event of a no-show: 100% of the price of the booked services.
Booking portals may have different cancellation terms.

ARTICLE VII. – LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE
The guest is liable for any damage caused to hotel property.
The hotel is liable for damage in accordance with applicable legislation.

ARTICLE VIII. – COMPLAINTS
Complaints must be raised at the hotel reception without undue delay.

ARTICLE IX. – PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR. Details are set out in a separate document.

ARTICLE X. – OUT-OF-COURT DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce) is competent for the out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes.

ARTICLE XI. – FINAL PROVISIONS
These General Terms and Conditions are valid and effective from the date of their publication.
